Joe DiMaggio @beezlesnort.bsky.social · 02/09/2026I've had a reservation for one of these for over a year. They say they'll start delivering the first 500 by the end of this year, and the next 5000 the year after that. I'm skeptical, but I really hope they succeed. 160

Joe DiMaggio @beezlesnort.bsky.social · 24/08/2026I love it too. The best part is that you don't have to worry about your clothes getting all musty when you forget to move the load of laundry into the dryer. 010
Joe DiMaggio @beezlesnort.bsky.social · 24/08/2026We have the LG combo washer/dryer. We have to be more diligent about cleaning the lint filter. Every dozen loads or so, we have to spray it down in the sink to remove the fine dust. Otherwise it won't dry as well. 110
Joe DiMaggio @beezlesnort.bsky.social · 07/05/2026We were just surprised that it wasn't the RV making us pull over. We loved that car. In normal use, we rarely bought gas for it. Replaced it with a Subaru Solterra EV about two weeks before the Iran thing started. 030
Joe DiMaggio @beezlesnort.bsky.social · 07/05/2026We moved from Texas to Washington recently. We caravanned up in 3 vehicles: a 2002 Prius, a 2017 Volt, and a class B RV built from a Ram Promaster 2500 van. The car that forced refuelling stops? The Volt. We loved that car, but road trips were outside the use case for it. 110

It just showed up after a renewal one year. But getting my kids' Texas driver's licenses was an ordeal that took weeks for each one. Their passports were easy in comparison. 110
