At the Armitage County Fair in Chicago. This is the Gretel cheeseburger slider and Middlebrow's "blistered Chicago dog" which is cooked in pizza dough in an outdoor pizza oven and then Chicago dog toppings are added. Both very tasty and now I'm drinking Green Bay Tears from Solemn Oath.

I knew I'd eventually get to it, but I finally tried Jeff Daniels' favorite sandwich. I will not be writing about this sandwich on its own; it's part of a larger Jeff-focused concept. This is an aggressive amount of peanut butter, but overall I can see why someone would crave this combination.

I told you guys my wife was watching a lot of the US Open. I saw her sneaking some caviar into our Costco cart the other day, and then she made this for our dinner while we wait to watch Alcaraz.

My wife brought these Flavor of Fear cheetos home. They taste like cinnamon and brown sugar puffs with a bunch of spicy heat. They're not super crazy spicy, but also not that interesting. Supposedly they have Sichuan peppers but I didn't really get a whole lot of tingling.
