Why are composable pixelart isometric buildings not a thing 😅 it doesn't look great as it looks very boxy but I think with the right sprite components, it's very much possible... interesting haha...might toy with this idea, surely worth looking into #gamedev #pixelart

Fellow Fediverse gamers. Could you help me out? I have been purely within Fediverse only for quite some time now and I'd love to tell more people about my nostalgia driven mmorpg and get feedback about my super early alpha build @frax Would appreciate any tips at all 🙏🏻 #gamedev #indiedev […]

Im so glad I was able to find a solution for using KAPLAY, a nice TS ECS 2D game engine for native deployment. Its so damn cool this is possible today. If you want to learn KAPLAY and was worried about steam distributions, I created this specifically for KAPLAY called kaplay-native (its 100% AI […]

Man...just spent like 8 hours trying to find a slim v8 build for windows so kaplay native can go down ~20mb lower in binaries. I guess this is one of the only times i'd want a windows PC 😂 #indiedev #kaplay

KAPLAY native could also target android and iOS too 😅 shall I make it happen haha. It's been a pretty good day tbh. My game is out there now but very much on the down low for now as I don't want to be overwhelmed

Building @frax with a solid CI/CD pipeline in place for all targets! This game is for everyone who feels nostalgic of the retro RPG era whilst missing the era of reminiscing MMOs. The good old days. #gamedev #softwaredevelopment

I vibe coded what I hope will be a useful addition to the KAPLAY ecosystem. Being able to easily distribute your game NATIVELY as a desktop game with a base binary size of ~39mb with FULL steam integration. No electron, no chromium, no tauri. Just a shim + bridge for native components. Super […]

AI is here to stay and I'm glad some are using it as a big fuck you to big tech. I'm talking about Adobe, emulation, game remakes and gate keeping. AI is not the prettiest start with stolen tech but at least some people are using it as a big fuck you. And I can respect that. #ai #bigtech #linux
