An angel in the sky raises their arms up and spreads their wings. The angel has a humanoid body with pale skin and stitches throughout. The stitches open up in certain spots to reveal eyes. There are cyan rings that are around their wrists, ankles, torso and neck. A ring also acts as a halo above their head with an eye in the middle. Blue flames engulf the angel's head. Ms. Random trapping The Exterminator in their mind realm, creating this nightmare-inducing monstrosity, which is a mix of organic and mechanical parts. The mix of organic and mechincal parts is ment to be Random's way of mocking and scaring The Exterminator, due to them being a cyborg-amalgamation of human and robot parts. The four eyes server as protection for the main eye/brain, making the brain invulnerable until all four eyes are destroyed. After which, the brain must be destroyed to progress. Destroying the lungs, stomach, or heart will weaken Random's attacks and hp, but the attacks from these specifc areas will be harder to avoid after destroying them. Risk and reward kinda thingy.
