One of the things I’m finding is that I’m a bit less interested in putting the details of my private life out in public here where anyone can see them. Truly nothing is secure on the internet, but that’s still not the same as putting it out in the public square.

I am convinced the Right Wing push against science is because the scientists tell them things they don’t want to hear, and a lot of what they don’t want to hear is that the world and people are more complicated than their tiny boxes.

I didn’t like all he wrote, but categorized Sandman as a fine wine I was waiting for the right time to get to. It’s complicated. And a lot of my friends now have to grapple with the writer of some of their core books having done this.
