Finally trying out digital after 657 pages and it feels very weird, but now I have unlimited power to make Yuudai look as uncomfortable as I possibly can.

Thinking about #Sakana by @madrupert.bsky.social You'll never guess who my favorite character is

Taro and Jiro from Sakana from behind, in the bottom right corner. Background is the giant crab sign in Tokyo and a bit of the city and night sky. On top is photo collage of different fish. Color pallet is blue, purple, and pink.

Taro and Shigeru from Sakana. Background is a different angle of the Tokyo crab sign and the overlayed photo collage is different types of coral. Color pallet is red, pink, and purple.

Taro and Taisei from Sakana. Background is yet another angle of the crab sign with octopus tentacles layered over it. Color pallet is yellow, orange, and red.

Taro and Yuudai from Sakana. Background is another crab sign, with eels photo collaged on top. Color pallet is orange, yellow, and green.

I've been manifesting goatee Bokuto for at least 5 years now #haikyuu #bokutokoutaro

5 sketches of Bokuto Koutaro from Haikyuu with a goatee inspired by the new official magazine art. A close up in red pen of him smiling, two shoulders up sketches in red and purple pen, one sketch with his hair down covering his eyes in dark purple pen, and one sketch where Hinata is scratching Bokuto's chin in magenta pen.

the dark knight #art

a personal depiction of batman, illustrating his costume more as knight armour. his cape melds into smoke and blue flames and he wields a flail and lantern in the shape of a skull. behind him is a gothic depiction of gotham's architecture, fading into the background. next to batman, are three portraits of cassandra cain as batgirl, jason todd as red hood and tim drake as robin.

Hello #bluepit💥 ! Shadow Play is a YA horror graphic novel I’m currently pitching: Following a tragedy, a 13-year-old girl must confront an inner demon of her own making or risk losing her friends–and her own body–to the phantom she manifests. 📩 Full pitch: clamors.evan@gmail.com #Q #H #PN #LGBT

Shadow Play splash image: a clown doll leans against a broken picture frame containing an image of our protagonist Claire and her friends Elliot (left) and Valerie (right).

Sample spread of pages from Shadow Play. Claire hears clinking coming from inside her closet; the closet then opens up from the inside revealing tiny doll hands as Claire runs away screaming.

Sample spread from Shadow Play. Claire runs away from the doll and locks herself in the bathroom. The bathroom door bangs as the doll speaks to her from outside.

Sample spread from Shadow Play. The doll continues taunting her as the page fades to black. Claire wakes up the next morning and sees the doll sitting in her closet as it normally would.

Submitting my pitch, Study Buddies, for #bluepit💥 When 16 year old Ari Helios comes out as a transgender boy, he becomes wrapped up in a slow burn romance with the closeted student council president who is assigned to tutor him. I am looking for an agent at the moment! #YA #R #LGBT #TR #Q

Cover of Study Buddies by Angus Nicklaus, with the protagonist, Ari, sitting on a desk smiling and looking at the viewer. On the left side, there is an overview of the story. Logline: When 16 year old Ari Helios comes out as a transgender boy, he becomes wrapped up in a slow burn romance with the closeted student council president who is assigned to tutor him. Genre: Romance, Drama, Comedy. Comparable Titles: Heartstopper, Monthly Girl's Nozaki Kun, I Think Our Son is Gay. Length: 250 page graphic novel. Themes: Queer romance, friendship, self discovery.

Page 5 and 6 of Study Buddies. This is a double page spread containing 8 panels in which the rumor of Ari being a trans boy is being spread across the school. The Mars symbol is used instead of words to represent the rumor.

Pages 7 and 8 of Study Buddies. In Page 7, we see two students smoking in the teacher's lounge and discussing who in class they think is gay. One of them mentions class president Cyrus Bellamy, right before Cyrus enters the room to ask what they are doing. One of the students asks if he is gay. In Page 8, Cyrus is mentally trying to find a way out of the situation, surprised that the student guessed correctly that he is gay. He lies unconvincingly that he likes a girl, and the students ask who the girl is.

Pages 9 and 10 of Study Buddies. In Page 9, Cyrus is panicking that he didn't think of a girl to pretend to like, and decides to pick the weird girl from his class. He says that he likes Ari, and at the same moment a student from the page 6 rumor montage enters the room and tells everyone that Ari now identifies as a boy. Cyrus is defeated. In Page 10, we are in the classroom before the bell rings. Cyrus is still feeling shocked. Ari stands in front of the class and tells everyone that he is a boy now, and the whole class responds: "we know."
