4/25/2024 Day 27. Fortunately the brain fog I experience earlier cleared up shortly after I typed about it. Besides that nothing new to report. Tomorrow marks my first month on estrogen (well 28 days). I will start my 2nd 4 week pack of estrogen patches. 1/2

4/24/2024 Day 26. Realy sleepy. Going to go to be a little earlier than normal. Maybe I will be less sleepy tomorrow night. That is the other thing since I started hrt. I am definitely sleepier throughout the day. 1/2

4/23/24 Day 25. Put on my 8th patch today. 1st box of 8 down. Nipple still sore. In case your wondering the soreness is enough to make you flinch. Like getting your nuts grazed but not like a solid hit. Driver seat belt is really annoying. It literally crosses me right in the sore area. 1/2

4/20/2024 Day 22. Not much to report. My right nipple is still sore. Still no buds. Forgot to wish everyone a happy 420. Tomorrow (when I wake up) since it's technically already Sunday (6am) will be my first Nonbinary Parents Day.

Day 21. Started a new estrogen patch today. Did my at home IPL hair removal todahmy. Had to skip last week a little too busy. I use an illuminage touch and I've been using it for about 6 months. It is supposed most hair colors and skin tones. 1/3

4/15/2024 Day 17. Second full week on my antiboyotic. The initial brain fog that I experienced hasn't reoccurring, but I have definitely noticed that I have a perpetual head buzz. Kinda like being midly stoned. 1/7

4/14/2024 Day 16. I think what sensations stimulate me are starting to change. Not sure if it's due to the antiboyotic (spiro) or the estradiol or combo of both. But intimacy is definitely different. No need to get into the nitty gritty details. Perhaps a later date if results are repeatable.

4/11/2024 Day 13: not much to report. So I'll post this meme that makes more sense now then when I first encountered it. When I first saw this I was like one day this will be me. It's great to finally be able to say, "Now I only have to wait."

4/08/2024 Day 10. Today marks my first full week on spironolactone. I have experienced none of the unpleasant diuretic side effects, like constant need to pee. It is definitely blocking testosterone as those side effects hit fast and hard (or not quite as anymore). They did warn me. 1/3

4/07/2024 Day 9. Not much to report on hrt front, tomorrow will mark my first full week on spironolactone (t-blocker). I'll touch on it more tomorrow. But I did get to dress up for Hadestown and got a playbill that was signed by the entire cast.

04/06/2024 Day 8 (yeah I know it's technically early day 9 but I still haven't gone to bed yet). Today I did my weekly measurements no significant changes still hovering around 196 lbs. No noticeable muscle loss. Obviously no breast growth (still "man boob" A cups), that takes years.

3/29/24 Day 2: haven't felt depressed since I started HRT. This is welcomed change. I have cried more lately, not sure if it's due to the estrogen or because the stuff I've watched happens to have sad parts or perhaps both are true. It is just tough to gauge what is normal for me and isn't. 1/4
