True Stories from Lunch Lady Land: It’s parent-teacher conferences, so I have a five day weekend. Can’t afford that so I’m taking a couple bakery shifts. Realized today that it was so nice to think about food instead of just freezer space. I miss working in a proper scratch kitchen.
