The cases challenging last week's EO restricting mail voting filed in DC have been consolidated with Judge Kollar-Kotelly (who blocked Trump's first elections EO). She has ordered parties to begin filing injunction papers this week, and appears to be moving quickly to consider the challenge.

There is no law that exists that entitles the feds to micromanage election security in the states. The Constitution delegates responsibility to the states to run elections. And those states have performed admirably, under tremendous pressure. /8

From the dissent in today’s shocking 2-1 decision putting the votes of more than 60K citizens who followed the rules at risk, 5 months after the election. If upheld, election may never be final, and no voter ever certain their votes will count.
