I think mine are hormone related as well, but the intensity and frequency are both increasing. I feel like my head is going to explode 2-5 days a month, with all of the other perks like vomiting and auras. But I cried last night! In front of my partner! It was horrible (for me, he was fine)

One of the reasons I moved to MN is: the medications I'm on would make any pregnancy incompatible with life. Birth control is incompatible with me living (raging suicidal thoughts.) FL had just signed on their 6 week ban. Ya girl had to make some decisions.

I wish it was easier to cry! I don't bottle anything up on purpose but it def happens, that feeling of avoiding upsetting people is too real. And unfortunately with my fam- tears are not understood either, sad isn't as much of a presence in their lives. They can take it v personal.

My therapist said "Its so hard cause you're doing what you're supposed to do, and you still feel this way". I'm taking the meds, the vitamins, the sunshine, the exercise, the friends, the family, hobbies, art, the whole nine. And yet I just want to sit in a dark room and disappear.

I’d prefer more thc beverages at shows (I know, like the mayor, how yucky) and maybe even the gummy packs they sell at the breweries or something. But between prices and lack of options… it makes sense to me. Why am I paying $12 for a drink when I can get a four pack for $15?
