cannot stress how helpful and worth that pen grip is especially if you’re working with a Apple pen or doing traditional!!! unfortunately doesn’t really work with pens that are thick already like my Wacom pen but with everything else it’s literally a life saver

I don’t get elbow pain but I get very bad hand/wrist pain ;-; what works for me is I have a hand brace and pen grip for preventative support!!! I also have a compression glove that I switch to if I’m already in pain
