Remember: when we can stand back and see where we struggle, our children benefit. Different people hear Shark Music on different parts of the Circle. Wherever our Shark Music is triggered, our ability to respond to our children’s needs, on that part of the Circle, is limited.
Also, when our Shark Music is triggered, our children get uncomfortable. By the time our children are eleven months old, they have learned to anticipate and avoid the needs on the Circle that set off our Shark Music. Unless we make changes now, as adults, our children will tend to feel uncomfortable with those needs they have learned to avoid, and so they will have a tendency to pass the same Shark Music on to another generation.”

Do you remember when your kids were learning to walk? I'm guessing you didn't get angry with them.whilst they were learning this new skill. You were their to support them & pick them up. When they are learning to manage their emotions why do we lack the same empathy and patience? #fatherhood
