I've dedicated my whole life to my art and when I can't even put out anything it's really hard to not tie my self value to it. everyone around me keeps putting out such incredible work and I just can't help but to feel that I'm lagging behind and it's really hard to not feel down about it.

long story short: I've HARDLY been home this entire year. I've severely overbooked myself for work/travel, only being home on/off every other week. I've hardly been able to draw and whatever I do manage to draw it takes me fucking forever and it's been really hard to not beat myself up over it.

Had a great time! Weather was cool in the morning, and it was less crowded. Saw Jacques the Whipper, jousting, and the raptor show. Didn't get sir'd or ma'am'd, simply called, "werewolf!" Though one person I took a photo with saw me again later in the day and said, "Oooh that's my man!" 😏
