I did track this down. It's... not going to be a perfect 1:1 temp-to-pressure but it's illustrative.

A diagram of the underside of a space shuttle with heat zones marked out. Text reads:
CFD analysis shows that the concentration of heat is highest on the belly of the Space Shuttle
Reinforced Carbon-Carbon (RCC) on the wing surface and at the belly of the space shuttle
High temperature black surface insulation tiles on the upper forward fuselage and around the windows
White nome blankets on the upper payload bay doors, portions of upper wing, and mid/aft fuselage
Low temperature white surface tiles on the remaining area

My focus in school was Western art and I have to say, Bernini doesn't get enough love. HIs Apollo & Daphne is INCREDIBLE, but his Blessed Soul and Damned Soul are my faves. OK, Damned Soul is the winner here, but it really benefits from being contrasted to Blessed Soul

Time to bring this out again. I found one ( _ONE_ ) use-case for AI at work and it... failed. Lemme tell ya, making a 2026 desk calendar is TOUGH. You'd think that AI would be a CHAMP for this. You, like me, would be very very wrong.

A 2026 desktop calendar designed by Adobe Firefly AI. The year 2026 is wrong. None of the month names are real months nor are they readable. The numbers are in wrong sequences and also unreadable.

I use Amazon to do my primary research for a lot of purchases. It's handy, and I don't typically buy from there, just use it as a showroom. I fucking wish you could sort by NUMBER of customer reviews, not just average.

My brain is cooked at work and I stumbled across this Tumblr screenshot delight featuring the awesome skillz of @pencilcomics.bsky.social And, being In A Mood, I actually tracked down pattern pieces so I can make this glorious ensemble. PLUS now that I have it templated, I can do graphics AT WILL

A combined graphic with a Tumblr thread on the left:

@wordfather (Apr 22, 2025)
tshirt that says i've misunderstood many social interactions

@wordfather (Apr 22, 2025)
on the back: please tell me whats going on in a clear and concise manner

@wordfather (Apr 22, 2025)
booty shorts that ask: are you mad at me

@pencilcomics replied with a drawing, front and back of a young feminine person wearing these garments in purple.

ON THE RIGHT SIDE is a series of fabric pattern pieces, with the words from the comic on the appropriate pieces. The "Are You Mad At Me" is split between the left bum and right bum pieces
