Consider this a more in-depth (and spoiler-y) companion piece to the short video coming out soon on the channel. Don’t worry we aren’t delaying the big Helluva Boss video, BUT HOLY SHIT I HAD TO RANT ABOUT THIS 🐻🪏

So far I’ve gotten 3 people to go and watch this movie. I’m making an emergency Bear Bites video to hopefully up that number 🐻🪏

Genuinely it sucks because the full vision of that video could only be fulfilled WITH the actual music. It’s incredibly difficult to have music criticism on YouTube because of this. It’s extremely limiting as a creator

Absolutely stunning and as American as apple pie. Something you really have to see for yourself to believe. Definitely my kind of movie 🐻❤️

I can’t help but put 0 stock into the early reviews of Digger. If it’s bad, it’s bad. But dammit I’m gonna see for myself lol

I wonder how that Eagles fan who was talking shit to me in the coffee shop is doing… 🐻⬇️

I’m at a loss of words after watching this. Holy shit man…wow

Kinda crazy some of the takes I’m seeing online about Primetime. Not trying to sound pretentious but some of y’all gotta watch more shit and understand what an actual problematic message looks like

010

The Bear Bites Show @bearbites.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

Bee Movie (2007) is The Graduate (1967), so Barry’s issue wasn’t about dating a human, it’s about dating an older woman…

Primetime is an amazing litmus test movie

Please go watch this. If you watch one thing today, let it be this. I’m so proud of @pidginplace.bsky.social and I’m lucky to call her a friend 🐻❤️

Yet another instance of a bunch of NFL fans grouping up to be homophobic for a guy that’s not even gay. A QB gets injured and you now think it’s appropriate to say stupid shit? I don’t even care if the injury is serious or not, y’all are fucking weird. Go touch grass

010

The Bear Bites Show @bearbites.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Helluva Boss S3 soon and I still see people lamenting about how the show changed its premise. That “shift” happened way earlier than you probably remember and early enough to where I think this was always the intended direction. Call it a mistake in execution, but Mission Zero did readjust the focus

The Bear Bites Show @bearbites.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

I do not condone Song of the South, but it is objectively more entertaining as a film than fucking Dinosaur. Both of these movies are poop from a butt, to be abundantly clear. Go watch Rashomon instead

Day 4 of unemployment before new job: Got to go to the House of Kong exhibit in NYC today! Gorillaz is one of my favorite bands (if you couldn’t tell from the hour long video we put out earlier this year). It was an awesome experience they could only pull off. Very fun! 🐻❤️

Day 3 of unemployment before new job: I went to watch “Buddy” with my partner (since it’s his day off today). I genuinely don’t know how someone can hate this film! Balances horror and comedy in that late-night, B-movie vibe. Go to the theaters and give it a watch!!!

Day 2 of unemployment before new job: On the way to the grocery store I overheard a shop nearby playing Glenn Miller’s “In the Mood”. It was one of my grandparents favorites. I’m sure if they were still around they’d be happy to know I’m recording a video about Helluva Boss today

Day 1 of unemployment before new job: I went to a breakfast place that I like because it isn’t as crowded during weekdays. The place sat me outside with a random family at the same table. The family moved on their own accord and now I’m sitting at this big table alone

Now that’s not a slight towards Helluva Boss, which is the topic of the next video, but I have to acknowledge that I am giving this the same scrutiny that I’ve given Phantom Of The Paradise and other mainline videos on this channel. Stay tuned 🐻❤️

I just want to acknowledge that I have now spent more time with VivziePop’s Hellaverse than I’ve spent watching Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul combined…

It’s admittedly cool to see people of all ages reexamine Rocky Horror with all of its strengths (Tim Curry being one of them) and weaknesses. This was the goal of the video I put out a while ago during its 50th. Important piece of art, but of the times:

Ok, so I’ve been working on the new script for the next video. Very proud of it, but it got me thinking on past videos… In your opinion, what do you think is the WORST Bear Bites video on the channel and WHY? 🐻❤️

030

The Bear Bites Show @bearbites.bsky.social · 11/08/2026

This is such a terrible idea for a variety of different reasons. Off the top of my head, you are just promoting newer channels to make slop and spam to get revenue. It makes taking the time on a longer project an even bigger risk. So why even try? This messes up the talent pipeline completely…

Why did they have this anime theme going and then all of a sudden they switched to pickle rick? 😭

Very excited to see how they improve on season one! 🐻❤️

I don’t know who needs to actually be told this, but it’s not ok for you to randomly touch someone and moan at them in public. Fucking do better. Next time someone might not be as kind to just curse you out.

Regardless of what you think of her work, VivziePop getting into WB for a full theatrical film is a flex. That’s pretty cool to see 🐻❤️

I think we need more queer stories with uncomfortable messages. The idea that “you can only live untrue to yourself for so long and expect people to stay” is powerful. More people NEED to hear that, especially when most have insecurities of not wanting to be “cringe”. It’s a slow death otherwise…
