I sometimes feel compelled to delete all my social media for my own sanity. However, I do want to see what my friends are doing, explore new art, and I also want to show art I've made as well. I just have no clue where the line is for a healthy usage of it when it's like an emotional tug of war.

Mom's surgery went great, the first hurdle is over. 4 bypasses and they did not need to replace her aortic valve like they originally planned. Thank you for all the kind wishes, now it's time to see how she bounces back but rest assured she's tough as nails.

My mom's going into open heart surgery tomorrow morning. Friends, band with me to keep her in your thoughts if you have the spoons. This surgery is extremely complicated because of her high risk factors, but she's the absolute toughest woman I know.
