I wish he'd explicitly say which side he's on. David Eby isn't on the same side Lewis eludes to being on. Neither was Horgan. Trust shouldn't be this hard, but "is any part of the NDP left uncorrupted" isn't an unreasonably question given the C-IRG militia for KKR context we inhabit.

Avi says nice things. So did his friends Horgan and Eby. Once in power they discarded those nice things as quickly as Carney. Horgan died sitting on the board of the coal company he'd shielded from enviro review. Carney and Eby's career arcs share many similarities. Saying nice things isn't enough.

Trudeau didn't move to the left, far from it, that's just BS Conservatives tell us. Polls were already moving, Carney was lucky to push Trudeau out before it became obvious he could be competitive with PP. Carney didn't save us from the Conservatives, he is a Conservative.
