Saw a clip, definitely was addictive c: Art style somewhat in the vibe of early Gorillaz music videos, kinda like it. Also did I see toony dresscode there?? :3c

My Faber Polychromos is actually my fav blue pencil :3 Drew this piece with it: bsky.app/profile/bean... Lead holders are awesome!Got some unpublished pieces, it really opened doors coming from standard mechanical pencils a while back^^ Easier to draw fluently and larger<3 !

Ollie Aussie @beanieaussie.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

True^^ Really feels like stepping into that golden age animator role when picking up a trad pencil c:

I need to go to specsavers, my bad. But the same applies, I think Vani is original, and if anything changing the shape of glasses could be a solution

010

Ollie Aussie @beanieaussie.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

I honestly think Oreo is unique and original ^^ Changing the shape of the glasses is an alternative?

Ollie Aussie @beanieaussie.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Aaa a fan made vid c: I certainly hope they don’t make that change anytime soon x.x Thankfully the 18PM uses USB C, but makes old lightning cables obsolete..

010

Ollie Aussie @beanieaussie.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

I thought the new 18PM uses USB C? Would’ve been disastrous if their later phones go portless.. im optimistic they don’t given MacBook Neo has USB C, but Apple is Apple.. But then we have EU who might limit them? Which is ironic, since they forced Apple over to USB C in 2023 xP

110

Ollie Aussie @beanieaussie.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Ah, my bad! /)w(\ I totally understand! I mean I don’t look forward to getting new cables, incl my headphone cable I had to upgrade back then either… only for Apple to switch to USB C after two years.. Sticking with my current phone until it breaks.

Ollie Aussie @beanieaussie.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Oh? I think iPhone Air isn’t due for a refresh until 2027, when Air 2 arrives. Rumors have it the price will be the same, but I have NO idea.. But I think iPhones have already used USB Cs for well 3 years now?

110

Ollie Aussie @beanieaussie.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

It’s amazing it’s been holding up until now, kudos to you :D I had my 5s until 2022 when it would be obsolete for pretty much anything.. But yeah, the pricing now is kinda crazy. Was it the price hike that made you dislike the 18PM? I mean they couldve future proofed with more RAM at least…

101

Ollie Aussie @beanieaussie.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

What’s wrong with the 18 PM? Except the price.. Still happy with my 13<3

Ollie Aussie @beanieaussie.bsky.social · 24/08/2026

Awwiee x3 Poor toon villains always doing Sisyphean work (I was that kid who always sympathized with Doofenshmirtz for whatever reason xDD) Thanks for the tip:D Definitely wanna try lineart and inking before proceeding to greys and shades! Colors are quite a hearty investment ^^,
