I finally understand why fabric modders code like they're Mojang. It's because you're *forced* to code like you're Mojang. Fabric API does not give you what you need to make mods that can be ported without having to change every reference to Block, Item, etc. after and update.

As someone who codes as a hobby, LLMs absolutely *cannot* code anything more complex than, e.g., a CLI calculator. If you supervise them and only use them as a tool, they can absolutely help, but you should never let an LLM do stuff itself. Personally, I also think they just shouldn't be used.
