bringing the bedrock microtransaction model over to java must have been quite lucrative if they had the cash on hand to acquire curseforge's only real competitor..

the datapack toolkit web app now supports editing structure sets! structure spacing and such can be easily changed for any datapack (or mod) that includes structures try it on everloste.github.io/dptoolkit-web/ #minecraft #mcdev

At long last, my first major update to Regions Unexplored is out! This update features two new biomes, improvements in dozens of others, additions to vanilla biomes, a new mob, and so much more! It's been a huge undertaking it's finally complete. Happy travels! #mcdev #minecraft

as good as it would be (and as much as it would make my life easier), can you actually imagine the UK rejoining anytime soon? probably best for trans people in the EU it doesn't happen right now anyway - i doubt the EU commission would fight the UK over it, setting a very dangerous precedent

for some reason the first post the image it uploaded was entirely green so this is my second attempt at the upload 😔

i do recommend every trans woman give it a think the next time an "ally" refers to you as a "trans person" and not a woman. it runs much deeper than the far-right grifts and grifters we know. it cannot be blamed on any single government or propaganda machine, though they *are* doing a great job.

and you're not alone, it is completely terrifying. but it's worth examining exactly why people turn a blind eye to it and why it's happening in the first place - and how even everyday interactions, even ones seemingly positive or completely mundane, shape the dangerous world we now live in.

...i would be wary of wording things that way, but i'm sure you didn't mean it literally and just misspoke cis people are at no threat from transphobia and transmisogyny, they don't need protecting from anything - the protection has to run the other way, otherwise there's no use in mutual trust

bee róisín @bealoste.bsky.social · 13/05/2026

people will shake their heads and go "how awful, this poor 'transperson', 'they' did not deserve this" and simultaneously demonstrate precisely why it's happening - a collective, deeply universal refusal to view trans women and girls as what they are - women and girls

this isn't the first time that a trans woman was murdered, nor the first time it made news, of course. it happens far more often than this. but i feel it makes for an apt time to comment on it, which is why i am.

what good is in a world which actively makes the choice not to protect its most vulnerable. evil and malice fester not only unopposed, but celebrated. how can this be the world we now live in?

i've now added an option that only serves you precise matches so that you can quickly find the exact mod(s) you're looking for

on top of datapack toolkit, i have also made a tool that allows you to search both curseforge and modrinth at once! it supports filtering by version and mod loader, but i have more useful additions planned. you can try it out at everloste.github.io/mc-project-s... #minecraft #mcdev

silksong's great, but perchance more importantly, datapack toolkit is now in the browser! :3 for now it fully supports only geophilic, but more datapack configuration options will be added over time. if you're a datapack creator, you can create your own config screen now! #mcdev #minecraft
