I spend a lot of time thinking about humans helping humans. Don't assume everything that worked in the past suddenly stopped working because new tech arrives. There’s something to be said for making sure kids learn how to think before they use a tool that can do a lot of the thinking for them.

LinkedIn is frustrating but basic connection context and follow up is still so under utilized. Connections without context is worthless. No follow up with within 1-2 days after I accept is also a huge waste. Job hunters, connectors, and sales people leave so much momentum on the table everyday
