Okay, but in a carbon economy to what extent does the money spent end up being spent on oil anyway? Decoupling is a bit of a myth isn't it? I would be very interested to mine (😁) into that carbon neutral claim. The money to buy them is earned, lent, and then spent again in an oil economy.

I have come to the conclusion that Cymru should neither seek membership of NATO nor rush to join the EU. That doesn't mean that you have to agree with me - I'd take Indy Cymru in the EU over the UK - but it is important to look at the reality of the EU, to engage in a grown up conversation.
