The best way to release the hostages is probably to make a deal w Hamas. I don't see how Israel will be able to free them by bombing Gaza or even through a ground invasion bc I have doubt that it will succeed. The Israeli policy is more dedicated to killing Gazans than getting the hostages back

Hamas' killing of civilians saw a lot of support from ppl online saying that they deserved it bc they were colonizers but interestingly enough not even Hamas thinks this argument is legitimate since they are focused on denying that they target civilians in the first place

There are plenty of Israelis who I not only think are fine people, but actually admire and look up to. Specifically, those who have gotten imprisoned as conscientious objectors. I have never been presented the same decision so I can't help but see bravery in someone willing to be jailed for justice.
