![Article about Taylor Swift moving to KC
They may have to do so without the world’s most famous person in the stands very often. Taylor Swift frequented NFL games in various cities while dating Kelce. In 2026, though, reports suggest that Swift isn’t going to move to Kansas City for the time being.
“Taylor Swift is not moving to Kansas City for a year. Not going to happen,” Hollywood insider Rob Shuter said on Maureen Callahan’s The Nerve podcast. Because Swift isn’t touring and doesn’t seem to have other obligations to her career at the moment, she could spend endless amounts of time in Kansas City for Kelce and the Chiefs.
“So, she’s in New York. We’ve seen her in London,” Shuter added. “[Swift] has no concerts lined up. She could take her piano, she could take her guitar, and she could write a new album and call it the Kansas City album. [Swift] could do that if she wanted to. She doesn’t want to.”](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:egt2ykpoabgo5tyd4ohu3pko/bafkreibpnijsesaronkzzp7a36z4mzt34fgunhyl2efwchyakjcellvlm4)
