Monstober Day 10 - String The Pellvet's silky hair grows quickly, and falls out just as fast. Turns out it makes a pretty good instrument, though! (This design was inspired by pelican spiders, look them up if you like weird arthropods!) #monstobermsm #oc #art #originalspecies #mysingingmonsters

Pellvet is an eight-limbed creature with a long neck, four eyes, and two large tusk-like protrusions from its mouth that are covered in string. It has three strands of hair at the back of its head and its body is based on the pelican spiders of the family Archaeidae.

Monstober Day 9 - Metal The story of the Wroughttles is bittersweet. They long to be together, but their bodies are made from metals that react violently with the other. Still, they get as close as they can, and they're happy with that. #monstobermsm #art #oc #originalspecies #mysingingmonsters

Art of Wroughttles, a pair of wrought-iron pillars with animalistic feet and octahedral heads, atop which are bright metal colors (red on the left, blue on the right). They have spindly, wiry arms that twist around one another, not quite touching. One arm from the left Wroughttle is almost touching one from the right, and there is a bright blue-and-red glow at the contact point.

Monstober Day 8 - Lantern Little is known about the Erthentyne species, as they are notoriously difficult to record and study. Most information on the species comes from eyewitness accounts, describing a floating pink lantern in the night. #monstobermsm #art #originalspecies #oc #mysingingmonsters

Art of an Erthentyne, a purple-gray serpent-like creature with sharp pink spines on its back and three pairs of arms visible. From its mouth hangs a lantern on a chain, illuminating its surroundings with an eerie pink glow. Below the third pair of arms, the Erthentyne's body goes underground, with another part of its body protruding up from the ground like a sea serpent from the water.

Monstober Day 7 - Ghost Legends say the Dreadsheet is the spirit of an ancient beast with a sawblade that terrorized the mountains centuries ago. Now it roams the icy peaks once more, searching for its lost weapon... ...its peripheral vision isn't great. #monstobermsm #art #oc #mysingingmonsters

Art of Dreadsheet, a ghostly being with a rusty sawblade around its head and a white sheet draped over its body. Spindly blue limbs with detached fingers stretch out from beneath the sheet.

Monstober Day 6 - Candles Hobbelgobs are a species of pyromancers, able to wield flame in their hands. They like to light candles around them everywhere they go... and if there aren't any nearby, then why not become the candle themselves? #monstobermsm #art #oc #mysingingmonsters

Art of a hobblegob, a green goblin-like creature with candles on its shoulders and a large candle flame on its head. It's wearing a metal breastplate and a blue-and-red tunic underneath, and its "shoes" are the bottoms of candlesticks.

Monstober Day 5 - Goo Beek'r can be a little clumsy, and the holes in its mechanical suit don't help things. #monstobermsm #art #mysingingmonsters #oc

Art of Beek'r, a monster whose body is composed of goo inside of glass beakers. Its torso is encased in a bronze-ish mechanical suit with some holes in it. Ooze is spraying out of some of the holes because the suit isn't pressurized correctly :(

Monstober Day 4 - Fire 🔥 Here's Stemburr, based on some real-world species of trees whose seeds only spread after a forest fire. #monstobermsm #art #mysingingmonsters

A monster named Stemburr. It's a large pinecone sprouting from the ground between two stumps. It has two thick arms that are covered in flame, which it uses to hit the tree stumps beside it.

Monstober Day 2 - Treats "Choppsters are made through a similar process to their distant relative Unklaw. If an Epic Anglow receives too many treats, some might seep into its Mega Rift, merging into a being with a playful attitude and a sweet tooth (or two)." #monstobermsm #art #mysingingmonsters

Monster designed from the prompt "Treats." It is a crab-like creature entirely made out of candy and sweets, with a pie body, candy corn teeth, gummy worm legs, chocolate claws, and lollipop eyestalks.

Hey! I'm BD, a blue(ish) yeti who loves to make things, from visual arts to music to video editing. I've been creating for over 5 years now, and I'm currently in art school to keep growing my skills! You can support me or commission me here: ko-fi.com/bdtheyeti

Render of my character Oungiron, a robot with many limbs that wears a red trash-can cover. It has mismatched eyes and metal scraps on its covering, and it has constructed a keytar out of makeshift parts.

A detailed background of a dilapidated energy plant, with the roof damaged and exposed to a hazy yellow sky. Sand pours in from the eroded hole and a lowered floor is accessible by a flimsy ladder.

Fanart of Ash Zephyr's character Hazal, made for Art Fight 2026.

Fanart of starry_screens' character Polly, for Art Fight 2026.

It’s time to see what lies beneath. Bionic Behemoth premieres in about 15 hours (June 19, 3:00 PM EST). This is by far the biggest project I’ve ever made for YouTube and I hope you’re all excited to see it!! (Premiere page on my YouTube channel!)

Found some very old concepts for Noctilune, fun

This was almost exactly what I ended up going for but there were some rendering changes (also what’s with that thing sticking out of the hat to the left?)

Originally had the magical elements scattered across its cloud body (I think, I don’t remember what was going through my head with this)

(IT’S THERE AGAIN! is it like a spear or something??)

Pretty much the same as the final concept but with MORE LEGS

Quick update, progress on Bionic Behemoth is going well but I’d say give me at least a month or so to finish it up. There’s a lot of work left to be done but I’m making a lot more headway than I was last year. That doesn’t mean there won’t be more teasers though… stay tuned…
