It’s worth watching for the artistry. Cinematography, lighting, costumes, production design, visual fx, makeup fx, acting. Don’t pass on it over a singular pretentious aspect. If you’ve learned one thing from bsky is that it’s filled with artists. Support the arts please.

The elements are all faithful but they conform the the Galaxy’s Edge format which is a bit bulky for whatever reason. That format came first so there was no getting around it.

TY but it’s all good. I got into printing myself & printed from my original files. I posted some of my prints here if you scroll down enough. Respawn did gift us the Disney Kestis saber and Survivor saber. But yeah I gotta buy most merch myself. You don’t want that coming out of our dev budget.

I bought that same Kestis model off Etsy! Was the first physical Kestis model I could find and proportionally more accurate than the Disney saber

So I modeled & textured both but worked off Jordan Lamarre-Wan’s concept. I helped w the designs where I made a 3D model of his 2D w some changes. He refined my 3D with paintovers, back and forth, so on & so forth. Same with the saber. But he was the brainchild. I executed the final models.

Crazy! This seems almost made for her. Stig, former GoW director offered her a job with me on Jedi but she was dedicated to her Mocap team. Since then she’s been working with Dori the former GoW cinematics director. Fingers crossed.

We work with many former SMS folks. I report to Shane Estanislao and Chris Sutton. So she’d had lots of references for SMS

We live in the Valley so commuting to SM can be brutal. But being unemployed can also be brutal. So she doesn’t wanna rule anything out.

Absolutely. Her exp… She produced for Apex Legends, Jedi FO and Survivor, Madden, Medal of Honor, Doom, League of Legends, Area 51. For film producer, 7 years of cinematics for Blur Studio, Open Season 2 & was a PM on Hotel Transylvania 2. She’d prefer remote or hybrid but will consider anything.

When I was at Blur Studio I trained Dave Wilson to be VFX Supervisor. We sat next to each other for years crunching on cinematics and playing Quake. He went on to do some great things. Including directing Bloodshot
