Pay however I want. She insisted I was committing a crime. I said my peace and drove home. I called out rep. They said I was correct. The billing specialist later called me from the office and said I was correct that I could pay cash and not use insurance. So, not filing a claim is NOT fraud.

We discussed the Bible in history classes in Maryland. I don’t think you can ignore the Bible in an historical context anywhere. We also discussed other religious texts too. I don’t believe there is an issue with this, or shouldn’t be. I took a history class that surveyed world religions, as well.
