Morning from me and Daisy doodle. Club bike ride not happening as I ache like hell. I suspect more gardening, a gentle stroll with Daisy and possibly an easy spin on the bike if I can manage it later. Oh and a haircut at some point as well 👍

I most certainly did. Misty and murky but absolutely loved every minute. I hope you managed to summon the energy for a run. I've started running, by the way. 3 weeks ago. 5km on the treadmill 3 times a week. 38:17 the first time I did it. I up the pace each time and it was 32:58 on Friday 👍

Today turned out to be a lovely walk in a local woodland with Mrs Bazz and the dog this morning and then a nice easy paced bimble round the lanes this afternoon. Gorgeous Spring like day as well. Better than the snow we had last Sunday 👍
