With Nys out of the picture, I’m hoping for a more open race in Durbuy today. Last year, Uno-X executed a textbook strategy to set up Waerenskjold perfectly. I’d love to see Ineos and UAE light up the race this time, but if I had to bet, I’d say Movistar might come out on top tonight, as in 2024.

In my humble opinion, it's wrong to relegate Costa. Even if there was a bit of maneuvering, it’s not like he completely shut the door. There was still plenty of space for Christen to make his move, but it seems to me his legs were gone

Vervenne is on a roll, clinching the victory in the U23 test time-trial in Poperinge today. Matisse van Kerckhove also delivered an superb performance, only 7s down, and Ferre Geeraerts continues to impress, confirming his recent results. Not too much depth of field though.

Watched the last stage of the Trixxo Ster van Zuid Limburg yesterday. Great racing by super strong Avia riders Rune Boden and Thor Michielsen. Cannibal Victorious let the GC victory slip away in the last 15km after no longer being able to control the race. A pity for Matteo Van Den Wijngaert.

Peder Dahl Strand destroyed the field yesterday in Lendelede Kermesse, finishing a solo of 50km with one minute in advance on the other riders. Particularly happy he is back after illness set him back last season.

Not the best of pictures but happy to shine some light on Jonathan Vervenne, one of the few top Cyclists in South-East Limburg. Both in Volta Nxt and Ronde van Limburg he was part of the breakaway. Next year, he deserves to become pro (still Dev team currently)

Ready to attend the Ronde van Limburg today. The course has finally been modified, removing the tight right-hand turn 250 meters from the finish, which should make the sprint less tricky. Not the best field here, but that won't spoil the fun for me.
