❌ And our personal favorite: the Vampire floatie. A hook latched onto enemies and stole their health — but the player lost 1% of health per second constantly, even with no enemies around. Definitely worth going back to! (6/7)

❌ Another cut: the Shielded floatie. Fuel generated a force field that absorbed damage, but gutted your maneuverability. Interesting in theory - too frustrating in practice. (5/7)

❌ One discarded model: the Healing floatie. Fuel healed the player, but only refilled while dealing damage. Aggressive play kept you alive. We loved the tension. The execution however didn't survive playtesting. (4/7)

The Dodger trades distance for precision. That means more control and shorter bursts for a fraction of the fuel. Neither floatie is the right choice - it's entirely about player style. (3/7)

The Booster floatie burns fuel in one continuous swift movement, speeding you in any direction until the bar runs dry. High risk, high mobility and perfect for aggressive players who'd rather charge than retreat. (2/7)

A standard run gives you up to 20 skill points to invest. Play on higher difficulties however and that number climbs to 27. The catch: when the run ends, they're gone. Every skill point resets. Every new run starts from zero. So invest them constantly. (4/5)

When a skill point is earned, it can be invested it in one of three categories: 💥 Strength - increased damage 🔋 Endurance - more health, fuel and ammo ⚡ Dexterity - faster attack and movement speed These are your power-ups - temporary upgrades that shape each run. (3/5)

Every enemy you kill drops XP — floating on the surface for a limited time before disappearing. Collect them fast or lose them forever. Collected XP fills the round indicator in the top left. Fill it completely and you earn a skill point (2/5)

Here's where it gets interesting. A difficulty modifier reduces the available slots. It sounds like a punishment. Until you realize that fewer slots means every duplicate goes into a smaller pool of perks. Your chosen perks level up faster. Higher stacks. Bigger effects. (5/6)
