Shoutout to community supported agriculture (CSAs)! By utilizing greenhouses, our local organic farm is able to provide fresh vegetables even throughout the winter months. If budgeting for a CSA share is difficult, look into farmers' markets. Our local market accepts food assistance programs, too.
