Made someone legit backtrack as they proceeded to say “Kirby was only good up to Wii” because they though Kirby didn’t have enough popularity to be a proper Direct finisher

A ginger cat is devouring his back right foot, eyes almost closed.

A text is overlayed on top of it saying “he eated him foot”, with a crying face and a heart broken in half next to it.

Especially Freddy. I prefer Withered Freddy over him because you can see him at least. Anyway, SpookyRick made it accessible to *everyone* and that’s the coolest thing about this project; a huge labor of love in the making for a decade. it never makes you feel like you can’t win a night, either.

markiplier is staring at a screen, in disbelief. maybe a little bit of “are you serious right now.”

anyway let me tell you something since you bothered to read this, and accessibility is awesome.

so my first interaction was technically with FNAF 1, but I didn’t really get into it until FNAF 2 via Markiplier. Scott’s lore for the series was so odd, especially between 2 and 3… I still thought Mangle was the one who did the Bite of 87.

It was surprising to find out he had retconned it for Fredbear, and that it was actually instead the Bite of 83, yet Springbonnie is the evil one? I would think Springtrap would look closer to Fredbear, but we got what we got— probably because of Bonnie being an asshole originally.

Withered Bonnie is my favorite… I always have loved him since FNAF 2 and that’ll never change. Withered Bonnie + Toy Chica would be great friends and gossip so much. I wish the mask mechanic in FNAF 2 was Bonnie’s face instead, too… but maybe that would have confused more people as to who Jeremy Fitzgerald actually is (Michael Afton, obviously).

(Also, Dieg, if you’re reading this, you did an amazing job! It’s really fate that a Kirby fan (as one myself) would take on Withered Bonnie’s role, so hold your head up high. You’ve got a fan here— hopefully you’ll be in more works. Another thing; is the London Bridge meant to reference something? Lol, I don’t really get it…)

Even though im late to the frickbear’s train (props to SpookyRick for going at it for so long), because of him im able to play an actual FNAF game. I know the mechanics of the main games, but always felt bad because i could never play them. They all seemed really difficult, I didn’t have the time.

Could there be a rerelease of the Japanese Special edition that came out last year? It was hard to buy because it was Japan-only. I’d like to preserve it. I know the English version is lost to time due to licensing issues… but I would be remiss to at least try. Thank you for posting about this. 🩷🌟

Large conglomerate media tried to divide with news articles and sometimes artwork pitting the two against each other, then games, THEN cartoons started adding characters that were… a little lacking in foresight. Like why is their skin yellow.

010

izzy⁉️ @battlehalberd.bsky.social · 20/07/2025

I imagine it’s really strange for people who grew up before anime first got popular in the west that now it’s like a real thing. Like some parodies and artwork done during this limbo had to have been somewhat racist/propaganda like in mind, no? That’s why so many “weeaboos” were bullied back then.
