New #oc Vandetta, an independent commissioner, famous bounty hunter, and professional asshole (I hate them sm <3) They occasionally take jobs from the mafia or the PRL but is affiliated with neither #rkgk

I have many drawings and schoolwork in progress and I SHOULD finish them today but Shit happens. Life happens. Death also happens. I wish it wouldn't happen so casually, but what can you do? If it does end up happening I should probably be back in around 2 weeks for exams Please just pray it doesn't

Adenine and Ei came from the Eastern coasts, but Histamine came from a bit closer the mainland. Adenine used to be a professor at a famous university that was closely affiliated with the PRL (secretly) in terms of facilities Lorenz came from the northern side, but closer to the capitals than Kir

ⓧ×猫 @batsuneko.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

The PRL hq is located near the capital city but far along the outskirts, near the mountain area, and slightly east, close to the agricultural towns. Guifeng grew up in one of those Kir and Yeva came from the Northern branch and a while after Yeva "died" Kir was promoted to hq, where he met Guifeng

ⓧ×猫 @batsuneko.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

The North branch is further past the mountains with colder climate. They focus mostly on border defense East branch is near the coast, and focuses on research and studying anomalies The South branch is in the more tropic/humid region, and along with West branch they specialise in comms and espionage

110

ⓧ×猫 @batsuneko.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

Unpolished worldbuilding ideas - PRL headquarters There's also the North, South, East and West branch but uhhh we don't talk about that (they are a little different) also a mini lore dump 🧵

yall I know I haven't posted in a while but I just wanted to let you know that within 2 days I've came up with 4 new OCs (so how many do I have now? 40?) and instead of designing them properly I decided to draw Lorenz again 😭😭 Sorry man school is just so exhausting

drew this a while ago for a magazine cover, so the composition looks a bit weird without all the text. Anyways, here is Tuesday, watching you #reverse1999 #重返未来1999 #route77
