• Edited vocal samples on Metal Works 1 [working title]. • Delved into music collection for a future mix set. • Performed edits on two tracks by other artists for this mix (necessary time limitation: no additional instruments—cuts and FX only).

RFK Jr. is disqualified, dangerous, and cannot be given the power to make critical health care decisions for millions of Americans. I'm headed to the floor to put up a fight against his nomination.

I'm sorry. We care so much about big things but also need to find some detachment to function in our human-scaled lives. Take care.

Things are intense. If you want to reign in the nihilism, one idea that could help is that you may be concerned when the fire is at your door.

Call. Leave a message. Tell them to resist and stop Musk and Trump in all of their unconstitutional actions. Especially in red states. Republicans have a very thin lead in their senate votes. Pressure could make all the difference. Put the pressure on!

Can we heal the divisions caused by Trump’s influence? The answer is yes, but it starts with understanding and empathy. Healing is always possible. I’ve seen people rebuild relationships and break free from undue influence it starts with compassion and understanding.

Better than social media: 202-224-3121. Call every day. Demand resistance to Trump and Musk! Use 5calls.org for good scripts and join the movement now. Talking to staff members if better than leaving messages. Leaving messages if better than email. Email is better than nothing. CALL!

Breaking through means leading with respect, curiosity, listening and asking good questions- not confrontation. Have you had conversations like this with someone? Share your experience below—I’d love to hear your thoughts. 💬

Tulsi Gabbard, Trump’s pick to coordinate U.S. spy agencies, had her own secrets. When she was a rising political star, Gabbard hired a PR firm to mask her sect’s ties to an alleged pyramid scheme.

Imagine you’re a referee in a football game, but you’ve also placed a massive bet on one of the teams. Every call you make becomes suspect, and the integrity of the game collapses. That’s essentially the problem with Trump launching a cryptocurrency while serving as president.

Even though most of us will probably never lead the charge, we all have a vital role to play in this battle before us. "Be a bush if you can't be a tree. If you can't be a highway, just be a trail. If you can't be a sun, be a star." ~ MLK

Mom takes away your candy vapes because you’re addicted and hurting yourself. But guess what? Dad’s been away for four years and moves back in, bringing you a free box of cotton candy vapes! Who do you like now?
