overall, the series just impressed me more and more every season, and also had me in various wishful thinking moods, given the possibilities it shows. but I am definitely invested and I think the final season will certainly pull at our heartstrings once more.

FAM is a masterpiece at times, my favorite character throughout it turned out to be Margo. can't tell you the amount of crying latest season made me do because of her, what could be, final emotional scenes regarding Aleida and Mars etc.

same here, I thought it revolutionary for being grounded sci-fi and quite realistic socio-politically too, given its world-building and such. yes, love FAM! big fan, though I have yet to watch the Star City prequel; up to date with the main show though, before its final season next year.

yes, I've seen a dev diary about this I think! I remember thinking, how awesome that we'll get to experience it hitting a little differently than our usual space gunplay.

honestly, I played the original trilogy 5 or 6 times, Andromeda 3 times, and the legendary edition 3 times. all of this, of course, across a few years. but every now and then I feel the inevitable urge to reinstall it again. nothing quite like it, at least not yet.

and yes, shout-out to Daniel and Ty for sharing their awesome creativity with us through The Expanse.

fingers crossed both Osiris Reborn and Exodus will scratch our ME itch. I can only replay the legendary edition so many times 😄 either way, both are priority titles for me; been a while since we got treated to some good sci-fi RPGs.

what a wonderful message to scroll across my feed. thank you for the kind thoughts. 🩷✨️

I don't know if you're a fan of The Expanse (I didn't read all the books but I adored the TV show based on them) but there's a ME like RPG happening during the show's timeline called Osiris Reborn that will also be out in spring alongside the much awaited Exodus.

I was gonna treat myself to a Switch 2 for my birthday this year, especially since the Zelda anniversary one will be out around then, but life has other plans, as usual. I've had a crappy year but it seems a bad luck/timing/whatever tf cloud is following me around. cuss it out, sigh, move on.

agreed! Starfield, Skyrim, Fallout 4 - my Bethesda sandbox trinity to cover all moods 😌 they work best when you get lost in them. and having access to many amazing creations for all 3 is certainly a boost to that too, diverse mods to help us better build our stories.

I always say that Starfield is best as your own sci-fi sandbox - it's the kind of space RPG that begs for headcanons and backstories and mysteries to explore with favorite characters. it indulges your actual role-playing very well. it's why I got into it quickly.

ugh, I loved the Mirror's Edge games so much. this took me back. what a lovely shot and brilliant caption for it.

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

my many new game priorities aside, both Ghost of Yōtei and Dragon's Dogma 2 have fresh DLC I'm very excited about. and more content for VP at that too. ah, never enough time for all of these amazing games. a great year for excellent releases.

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

nice, will have to reinstall it and check it out eventually. definitely intrigued.

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

so I never actually tried its PM. I keep saying I wanna do a dark urge run at some point, and also just check everything else out since I last had it installed. is the PM decent? I can see myself posing quite a few shots with the party favorites 😌

I love BG3 a tremendous amount but the time commitment for another run feels a little impossible lately, so I've only finished it once in my first full playthrough that took about 200h+ across a few months. but tragically I finished it before they finished their content updates & gave us photo mode.

010

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

agreed, I tried FF7 RE's too but decided it didn't feel good enough to keep trying, especially compared to amazing PMs that spoil us like Wolverine, Spidey 2, Horizon games etc. big fan of the SW Jedi duology! hoping for a 3rd game with Cal.

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

my fellow VPers, what are some of your favorite games to capture in lately? #virtualphotography #TPMmutuals Wolverine and Resonance APTL for me, and some TW3 RE.

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

anyway, crappy thing to do. sorry it happened. focus on something you love for the rest of the day as time allows and pay them no mind. you did nothing wrong.

010

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

what an odd reaction to have on their part, especially after you liked one of their posts. I block people who offend me or my beliefs, insult me or have fundamental disagreements with about things that go way beyond opinions. honestly rude to do it out of the blue to someone you never talked to.

I think 4 major things need to make a worldwide comeback: empathy, literacy, critical thinking, and the guillotine for the 1%. vive la révolution.

110

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

yeah, they are the reason why our world is in this state. most days I dread staying aware of global news as I've come to always expect things to get worse. so this is a very important point to highlight. agreed on all accounts.

010

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

lemme say I've never felt like yelling a loud hell yeah more than I do right now @ your socio-political posts. these days online it's rare to see bold, strong conviction & correct facts all at once on such topics. our world is going to shit & a global revolution would be good before it all ends.

010

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

so glad you brought this up actually, I find it so distasteful & frankly sometimes straight up disturbing, making me uncomfortable as hell; there is a massive difference between sensual/erotic VP which I always support, & just disgusting, unrealistic fantasies crossing into immature porn- well put.

010

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

+ some TW3 RE for occasional witcherverse escapism and VP. mind you, D4 is always part of my rotation as it's the only online game I play regularly and don't miss a season in. but the amazing Control Resonant will be added to this when I finish Wolverine, as well as Ghost of Yōtei's new expack 💛

010

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

too many good games, too little time, AuDHD brain goes brrrr for photo mode, so it takes me forever to finish a rotation of fave single player titles 🤭

110

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

you're most welcome 😌💜✨️ I look forward to seeing photos from various titles in your backlog. I have plenty that idk when I'll get around to myself, but I try to prioritize a few in my rotation and focus on finishing them one by one, and do VP of them in the meantime.

010

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

I've been enjoying every minute of it, and yes, it's definitely in my top 5 games to photograph! stunning but also such a good, complex PM. & you're welcome, truly fantastic work on your page!

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

I truly feel like I'll find a favorite game (or 3) in every genre, and when it comes to cars & driving, it's tough to beat FzH. The Crew Motorfest is also great! but as always, you have excellent taste in games and VP of them 😌💜

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

so many beautiful shots on your page, Mike! glad to be following you now.

you're welcome! 🩷 I'm glad I came across your page via a mutual repost (community support truly makes the difference!) and can enjoy your VP work now. your Dawnwalker sets are beautiful. I can't wait to get back into that game myself.

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

I've been playing since 4 I think it was, the one set in UK (it launched around the same time I got my first xbox, it was my first FZ title.) but 5 was stunning too & I think 6 is my favorite in terms of location variety & detail. played only abt 10h of it total so far, but it often made me go, wow!

110

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

yes! outstanding RPG. I have to pick it back up again as I'm currently trying to finish Wolverine and progress my D4 season in the little time I can allocate games lately. but it's in my priority games alongside APTL Resonance and starting Control Resonant. so many amazing games this year!

010

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

I was really referring to people who have 0 interest in VP or showcasing any screenshot as artistic expression in any way. a VPer is a VPer when they take good shots without tools too. but absolutely not all players who take screenshots are VPers, or ever gave a damn about it as art to begin with.

010

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

maybe I should have originally underlined not all screenshots to be more clear. whether they know how to use PM tools or not, maybe it's the thought, intention, interest etc. & so called photographer's eye that matters more than shot comparisons, & makes it art vs just another vague screenshot.

010

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

absolutely not the case as they are a great VPer regardless of game or manner of capture, and they put thought & intention into their shots, whether with little or lots of preparation. but e.g. some random taking a screenshot of teabagging in a CoD match isn't posting art nor shows any VP ambitions.

010

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

I also think debate can be healthy and differences can enrich one's perspective. but I digress, I enjoy seeing great game shots from both of you and everyone else I follow.

010

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

if I've offended either of you or anyone else, mutual or not, reading my earlier posts, I apologize. it was not my intention. I don't think different opinions on mutually loved things should ever be reason for rude confrontations that sour anyone's day; common ground is more important.

110

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

if there's one thing we can all ultimately agree on, I think, is that great shots of great games should be celebrated, regardless of how they were taken. and the talented players who capture them deserve to be appreciated. our shared love for gaming and what they offer us is what brought us here.

010

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

I think I remember a recent report saying Aloy's 3rd game is still a few years away, sadly :( but Horizon is just a masterpiece of a franchise and they can take their sweet time to do it justice in a 3rd title, especially if it will be the end of her trilogy.

110

Foxy 🦊🎮📸 @batfoxy.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

I actively encourage friends & online acquaintances who appreciate the captures I share, to experiment & play around with VP tools and develop those skills if they simply want to or just enjoy it nonetheless. but it's okay to have different opinions on the matter, we all celebrate games regardless.
