I'm coming towards the end of my first week of NEET, as @jm.furry.horse calls it, which I call funemployment, following a voluntary redundancy. It's been really nice to de-stress and relax, though I'm already looking forward to the next challenge. Interview next week for a hands-off management role.

Boo, thought I'd finally redeem one of these Monzo Vue vouchers for a free film, but they won't accept it. There's a "Check if your voucher is valid" link, which works fine, but when you try to use it it's all "One or more provided vouchers are invalid". Lame.

In Australia for a holiday, and though it's been glorious and sunny and warm and lots of time in the water, I'm reminded of some imperfections. It's very low density, even the cities (Perth at any rate) are like big country towns. You meet people you know all the time, on the streets, or in town.
