iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I used to have it in my LP collecting days. Have these two cd. Really like City of Fear but have no real recollection of Transformation. I'll give a spin later methinks.

Unfortunately it comes with some hissing for free.

One of the all time classic AOR / Pomp Rock albums.

I like it too but true genuis would have meant I'd have bought a Twix by now.

Coould have been 90 and it still wouldn't be right with some of the stuff I'd have to leave out.

Made some inroads to my Scottish playlist for Hogmanay this week plus a couple of other singles bought in Missing. #weekendsingles

Sass Jordan - Make You a Believer (Official Music Video)

Sorry to hear of the passing of Canadian rock singer Sass Jordan, aged 63. Here's a great single from the 1992 'Make You A Believer'. #weekendsingles www.youtube.com/watch?v=KL7Z...

Recently enjoyed Task with Mark Ruffalo on HBO.

Hope you're getting something ritzy, just to glow up your Friday.

Horrors of Spider Island (1960) | Trailer - Alexander D'Arcy, Barbara Valentin

I looked this one up but my eye was caught for a listing for The Horrors of Spider Island from 1960. Now I've noticed the whole thing is on YouTube I might have to watch it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bdw8...

The copy I had was in abox with some postcards IIRC.

Not really I sell most on eBay. Also I live in an island so anytime I'm up to Glasgow for the football a few CDs have to be bought. Of course I did feel sorry for the guy who had to search my bag before I got into Hampden on Tuesday night. 🤣🤣🤣

A bumper of #charityshopfinds this week for #cdfriday. On the left and bought in Glasgow 20 for £15. On the right, three for £1 each from Wemyss Bay Station bookshop. The other eight for £2 in Rothesay. #musicsky

I'm glad to say I have and enjoy all four.

I was at one of the Glasgow Apollo gigs. Not sure which night. Why didn't the Cork gig go ahead?

I used that card for an article in the Partick Thistle programme for Saturday's upcoming match v Arbroath. That and the Jimmy Bone & Peter Cormack cards from the same set.

Only one I have is Whiskeytown. Funny enough I sold a copy on eBay for £1 yesterday.

The later Searchers stuff is quite good but I don't think I've heard that one.

Come Anytime and 1000 Miles Away are two favourites of mine.

I love the fact the Jags single is in Thistle colours. Great song too.

Great album although she does seem to be getting more orange as the years go on.

I recently watched the whole of Northern Exposure. A great show with some great characters in it.

I have a couple of CDs selling well on eBay. Ending on Sunday is Dolly's Little Sparrow currently selling for £10.16. Just listed yesterday with nine days to go and going for £22.44 is the My Chemical Romance cd. #cdfriday.

They had a few good singles on A&M at that point.

Giving this one a play. It's quite good but at sixteen tracks it could've been trimmed down a bit.

With two people, it's normally because one of them can't be arsed doing it right. Well that's my experience or rather that's my wife's experience.

Sometimes I do two different loads and can accept maybe I sent to the wrong company the odd book. This time it was only Sell Your Books and they lost five including one worth £5.60. I certainly don't have them.

Been doing a bit of downsizing recently and using Sell Your Books a lot. However I consistently find that they state that some books haven't been received. Does anyone else have this issue? It's never happened with We Buy Books.

Plenty of high fives going on in my house, as of this morning I completed the A&BC 1973/74 English Footballers set with these two. Actually there was no high fives as my wife was not that impressed.
