I recently bought a Behindbarz belt and I can't fault the customer service. I visited them near Kidderminster for a fitting and got to try all the parts. They even lent me a demo belt to use while they were making mine. I'd buy a Carrara if I could face dealing with their awful customer service.

It does, the timer is paused while on a break 😉 This belt is currently a demo while I'm waiting for mine to be made. I'm getting it with their newer 3 lock system, so the cage and cable can be removed without getting out of the whole belt. That should make it a little more practical.

Hehehe I was safe from that. It's a minimum time of 4 hours between breaks, not an exact time. I have to manually start the break, then I have 15 minutes to unlock the belt, do whatever, and get locked again.

The lock box I have the keys in is currently set up to allow 15 minute breaks every 4 hours. I used one of the breaks to get into my wetsuit, and then couldn't get out until the next one 😅
