In Portsmouth and toured the M.33 yesterday. It survived the Great War after participating at Gallipoli, Salonika and a voyage to Russia. It is a monitor with very shallow draft … I can not imagine how rough it would have been in open seas. ⁦‪@GreatWarGroup‬⁩.bsky.social
