What does it mean where it says “for” sleep apnea. If I have been diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea snd I use a CPAP machine, will I be covered by medicare for zepbound? Does my doctor have to provide any other information? Do we have to order through Lilly? Thank you for any good info.
