I did this back in March but this site actually listed a specific game I wanted to showcase + Rhythm Heaven Groove released! (Sorry for booting ya off, No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle) Alt text has explanations for each game's impact on me if curious

Pokémon X: My second Pokémon game I ever beat, right after FireRed. The music and atmosphere really took me away and I have many fond memories of this game in middle school, even battling and trading with others during free time and after school!

Mario Kart Arcade GP 2: This arcade game is a hidden gem and could use more appreciation, I'm not kidding! I always loved playing as PAC-MAN when I was a kid and seeing how beautiful the courses were, especially Rainbow Coaster and Rainbow Downhill, blew me away! Nowadays, my main is Ms. PAC-MAN! (I miss you so much)

Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection: You have no idea how happy I was to see the announcement for this game even if it was spoiled for me, lol. The series means a lot to me since 6th grade (even if I played the games starting in college because prior to that I would just read the manga and watch some of the anime). I passed a lot of time at a ranch in Mexico by playing MMBN2 before the Collection was a thing, not to mention the story and whatever shenanigans happened were entertaining and wild. I know the other sequels are superior in every way but 2 has a special place in my heart! I need to finish this series for real, oop.

Rhythm Heaven Groove: If you heard my voice when this was announced, you would've developed permanent damage in your ears because I was so excited to finally see a new Rhythm Heaven entry after like a decade! This was worth the wait and I love what it offered. And don't even get me started on A for Effort! That game is now my top favorite minigame in the whole franchise, dethroning Lockstep which was always my Number One since the "beginning"! I am now more obsessed with drinks (especially soda) because of A for Effort as well.

Kirby Super Star Ultra: My 2nd Kirby game ever! This game further solidified my obsession with Kirby I've had since childhood and I loved the Mirror ability the most!

WarioWare: Get It Together!: Been a fan of WarioWare since late middle school, but this entry in particular really stands out and is a fun concept of letting us enjoy the crazy cast ever more!

Splatoon 3: This is THE Splatoon game I played all the way through, even with all Splatfests prior to the Grand Festival! I should really hop back on someday if not for my faulty Internet only for my Switch in particular...

Persona 4 Golden: My 1st Persona game I beat in its entirety. Great story, music, and characters! Highly recommend as it really spoke to me and changed me!!

Pump It Up Prime: This was my 3rd Pump It Up game I played (right after Exceed 2 and Jump!) but seeing someone play this game expertly motivated me to be on the same level. I still have a ways to go but this series also introduced me to my favorite song ever that shaped me into who I am today, "Baroque Virus - Zircon"!

🚨EMERGENCY C💿MMS🚨 I can't stay quiet about all this anymore. The short story is that I'm still dealing with credit card debt and could really use help. The long story is in the alt text. Reposts and spreading awareness is greatly appreciated. I love you all.

Before I start this off, I just want to say that I'm terribly sorry you have to see and deal with me in such a vulnerable state like this. You probably noticed my behavior may have come off as strange recently or probably for a long time (I honestly can't tell at this point) while I try to keep myself happy. Strange behavior like the depressed and irritable voice tone I hold back sometimes when talking, the jokes I make at my own expense, the venting when I'm asked if I'm okay because I want to be honest, the mood swings motivated by my paranoia that eventually turn into breakdowns at times, and the excessive amount of times I reach out to people because I'm bored, lonely, could use a distraction from any problems outside of my control, or just wondering if things are okay between us also because of said paranoia, etc. I haven't been on therapy or at the very least been taking meds at a constant rate for months, so that may also be another reason you've see me like this. Even still, I'm terribly sorry if I have come off as annoying to you due to any of this behavior.

(Continued in next image's alt text)

Now for the main point. I can't exactly say I've been doing okay for the past few months, and the credit card debt situation I've been dealing with is one reason. But another reason is because the mother recently found out and she's giving me a lot of consequences for it. Others in the family told me that she'd be understanding and lend me the funds to pay it off as I pay her back over time so I don't have to worry about interest, but that's not what happened. The mother is instead having me pay it all off over time on my own, and she's also making sure I don't get help from others in the family. The mother also now pries on my transactions and if she's sees ANY purchase she deems unnecessary, she's going to confiscate my debit card until the debt is paid off. And on top of that, college is supposed to start next week as of writing this and she's not going to help pay for my classes this time around unlike past semesters. I have tried getting financial aid from the college but to make that story short, it won't be possible to get it and pay off the classes in due time at the very least. As suggested by peers of mine, I will have to miss out on this semester and focus on the debt as trying to pay off both college classes and my credit card at once while dealing with classes and work all at once would be overwhelming for me to manage.

When I was a kid I thought Oil Man was a duck, so I decided to redesign him to be a duck cuz I think that looks better LOL Also wanted to try my hand at the classic Mega Man art style, hope I captured it well :) #MyArt #MegaMan #Capcom #OilMan

Three drawings featuring Oil Man from Mega Man Powered Up redesigned to be a duck, the largest drawing shows him surfing on his Oil Board, the second smaller drawing has him grinning while pointing his Oil canon forward, and the last drawing simply has him and Time Man staring at each other, Oil Man having a smug expression while Time Man looks rather annoyed, there are also splodges of Oil scattered throughout the drawing.
