Last night I made tofu steaks with roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes and some cheesy broccoli. The sauce was a gravy with parm and paprika. Not the best picture but I am proud of it

Range and Barnem split the duties - Barnem picked the parks to visit, and Range chose the food stops. Barnem tried not to argue with the selection of the Medieval Nights location on the way to Falls Creek Falls, but turns out, there was a Bear night! The bears ate more than their fill as steel clashed.
