I've been using this (cheaper than a Fum but basically the same thing). It really helps, I think. No smoke or vapor, just air. I think my biggest issue is oral fixation & this has been a game changer. I've never made it more than 2 days before.

Had a visitor today. He's been relocated to a little pewter fairy house I have out in front of my house. I did request he not come back inside, but sometimes I think I'm capturing & releasing the same damn wolf spider all the time. 😅

As a reward for yard work, 17 insisted we go see the horses. So we visited the local rescue & I got to see my favorite guy, Ranger. We went shortly after my oldest died & Ranger here randomly came up to me & gave me the longest hug.

Working on yard clean up & getting the garden beds ready & 2 of our 3 dogs think chewing sticks is helpful. The 3rd dog doesn't do dog stuff & is off supervising.

He had to go to the vet to be weighed to make sure he's not gained too much weight which would require two flea/tick med pills yesterday (he hasn't, so yay not having to spend double on flea meds). My 17 yo sent this & said he said he was driving home.

As I'm in the midst of the terrible three days of losing my oldest child 2 years ago, I wanted to share something that helps me process losing her. "According to the law of the conservation of energy, not a bit of you is gone; you're just less orderly."

Maximum SNAP benefits are different in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories due to higher food costs. A family of four in Hawaii can receive up to $1,723 per month and a family of four in Alaska can receive up to $1,953 per month.

Remember: Only about 36% of SNAP households receive the maximum amount. Some one- and two-person households only get $23 per month, which is the minimum possible benefit. Your actual benefit depends on your income, allowable deductions, and household size."
