Beauty admiring her Cat. www.christies.com/lot/lot-4462...

Painting on silk of a beautiful Japanese woman in rich blue kimono, sitting on the floor. She is knitting and watching a black and white kitten play with the ball of yarn she's trying to work with.

I probably paid a little more than I should have for this photo but I love it. I love the cat’s position and expression, I love the texture of the fur and the grass/foliage, and I love the ethereal light leaks. From my collection, no info known.

Black and white photo of a medium haired white cat riding up on its haunches, it’s forepaws slightly blurred with motion as of reaching for something out of frame above its head. It is outside on a lawn, the crunchy dark texture of the grass and hedges contrasting nicely with the light smoothness of its fur. Emerging from the lawn below it are patches of light as if something spectral is emerging from the earth (I believe this is because the film was accidentally exposed to additional light either within the camera or at some point during processing).

Trabajazo 💪🏻

The Mother Cat. 1856. www.meisterdrucke.ie/fine-art-pri...

Beautiful oil painting of a pale white woman in voluminous dark green dress holding a shorthaired brown tabby cat in her lap. She looks down at it affectionately while a mischievous brown tabby kitten climbs up the chair behind her right shoulder. The textures are wonderful, you can feel the softness of the woman's skin, the warmth and weight of the cat, the silkiness of the fabric.

She's so beautiful. And reminds me a little of one of my cats!

A white cat is sat on a pale bedspread with gold and navy blue flowers printed on it. There is a grey sleeve entering the frame from the bottom right and the hand is not visible as it is under the cat. The cat has regal bearing, and although he is all white, he has a black nose, a tiny black spot over his right eye, and black tinges to the edges of his ears. He has placed one paw on top of the brown human's hand, as if to say that he owns this human. His eyes are slightly narrowed in contentment, and they are a light murkey yellow green colour. His muzzle is pronounced and looks like a smaller version of a maine coon and British short-hair cat face.
