Sadly, I cannot go to my favorite produce stand in Milford, Michigan because Trump is making a speech at the GM car proving grounds. 😩 I’ve seen people post that they’re sending out last-minute emails to get a bigger crowd.

same. left when Space Boy bought. bsky good for sports but many communities not here. also? I could be just exhausted by social media sites. maybe back in the fall when I stop touching grass here in Michigan? lol

000

BarbaraKB in Michigan 🛶 @barbarakb.bsky.social · 16/05/2026

I left the other site the moment I read Space Boy bought it. Just have account to save me and rarely visit and never post. I was hopeful more diverse communities would grow at bsky. They haven’t. It’s a good place for my sports love but that’s about it.

BarbaraKB in Michigan 🛶 @barbarakb.bsky.social · 16/05/2026

🌌 bsky is sad for me now. imagine what could have been. such a well-thought about and designed app. but few people are convinced to be here. is it little community-building? lack of focus? safety issues? not sure. still good for some things for me. but weakening. 😔

Hey hey! Michael here! I'm going to be in Detroit on March 26th and 27th. I'd love to do some sort of Foto event. It could be a Foto Walk, a Foto meetup, and/or a Foto pop-up exhibition. Are there any photographers or art galleries in Detroit that want to chat???
