There are two things about that big fat orange blob that should be said: first, he hates Canadians. I think there is a lot of jaleousy in this. For sure, he has an inferiority complex in front of Trudeau and Carney.
But also, he's VICIOUS. He really enjoys inflicting pain just for the fun of it.
