iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

prop sizes are almost never consistent, especially in 2D animation 😭 sometimes it's just "whatever looks good in the scene/shot." louis's copy being teeny is really funny though.

120

there's some decent enough references in the skimpy collector's art book. still inconsistent, but, the long edge looks like it should be just a little longer than will's hand from the heel to tip of his fingers. probably 7-7.5 inches at his size. hope this helps.

110

asked this mf like a cop "what is the nature of your attachment to this character" hoping for an unhinged essay like usually get from him got two words "weather blorbo"

030

it's the same dominican guy who sponsors everything. and it's because he got weirdly attached to edeni. during his long arduous 100% run, which he completed on a cintiq and a chinese bootleg fightpad, he just really liked being able to change the weather for grinding. like. dude. sure. i guess

(laate) Day 3 Inktober Miniature Gallica - Metaphor Refantazio Directly inspired by the Martira dinner scene where her seat is a flipped beer mug! \(๑╹◡╹๑)ﾉ♬ #inktober #inktober2026 #MetaphorReFantazio #メタファー #metaphor #fanart #inkart #art

Day three prompt/ theme is Miniature, I had a hard time choosing Gallica or Thimble since they're both tiny but I've decided to go with Gallica for this theme!

Gallica is sitting atop a flipped/ an upsidedown wooden/ beer mug, her sword belt unbuckled and placed aside, unwinding after a long day's battle along side the group, enjoying her meal served in a tiny bowl with tiny utensils.
Normal sized utensils are next to the mug, with Will/ the Protagonist's iconic book right next to them.

October's #CalendarDoodle 🎨 part 1 Nuwa because why not #SMTV

a doodle of snake form Nuwa from SMT V on a small calendar. there are various pens in front of it

full shade, you see so many people go "erm eupha is the canon romance option, look at her rank 9" tell me you got tunnel vision and only did her bond. did you not see strohl, basilio, or catherina, you passport bro. debatably junah. oh my god. everyone within 5 years of will's age gets down bad.

070

i'm not a big character shipper or otherwise but god these motherfuckers know their audience and they have a lot of fun with it. when nobody is a romance route, everyone is. go on, audience. you have MS paint and wordpad and an imagination.

070

you look at p4r's devs putting their feet in their mouth publicly about youske and adachi or whatever. and then you go check metaphor. and like 2 out of the 5 non-romanceable characters that bait you in their last bond rank are men. good for them.

metaphor is a great genre piece and persona parody for a lot of reasons. but, being the first game with no romance and having the male best friend character straight up say "you know, protagonist, it sucks i'm noble and i have to marry a woman someday" is CRAZY work

22510

something to know any time i make metaphor stuff: my petsitter fell in love with catherina after exactly 6 hours of gameplay. they digitally uhauled this woman before they even finished the damn cathedral. this person has my house key and can strangle me in my sleep. so. catherina be an option :)

i love when businesses tell me not to buy from them 😔 saves me the hassle with them, at least.

010

vista's customer service is garbage and they lose packages for sport. but, they were kind of the big affordable option for people who didn't have the quantities to get good bulk deals with more local suppliers. i'm waiting for good alternatives to recommend but it's so regional.

110

incredibly frustrating situation. nobody really LIKES them, but, vista is the go-to source for a lot of american merch people for enamel pin/can badge/strap backing cards. this is a huge blow knowing a lot of people's stuff was potentially fed into the AI grinder.
