We were talking to good friends over the weekend who said they'd never have the confidence to lay #naked on a busy beach. Lots of conversation later and the chat was left at - 'maybe we'll try one day...' Keen to hear from others who might not have made the jump & why? #naturist #nudist #nude

We know some #naturists that prefer an empty wild beach to strip off an enjoy a day. We much prefer places that are a little more accessible maybe with some amenities. Any recommendations worth looking at? #naturist #naturism #naked #nudebeach #clothesfree

The freedom you feel from a walk through a #naturist town, free of clothing is simply amazing. For many first time #naturists this might seem like a big step. Believe me, if you'd have said I would be doing this when I sat on my first #nudist beach I would have laughed at you.

The problem with non-naturist holidays is short marks. Working on removing the tan lines when we get the chance on a naturist break... Getting there slowly. #naturist #nudist #nudism #naturism #clothesfree

There has to be a first time for everything. This was mine and I was petrified, I never moved from the lounger. What I found amazing was that within a couple of visits, the fear lifted. I was freely walking down the beach not caring who saw me, because I realised I was just like them - #naked

A little colder on the terrace but that doesn't mean a need to rush and put on layers of clothes. An open shirt kept the breeze off the back and done the job just great. #nudist #naturist #nudism #naturism #nude #naked #clothesfree

Let's talk hair... After going away and not taking clippers, what is usually smooth is now hairy for the first time in a while. Everybody has their own views on hair, and we respect that. We're just fans of the smooth look. How do you keep things trim? #nudist #naturist #naturism #nudism

'Do you not just get an erection all the time?' This is the single most asked question when I talk to friends about #naturism. The fear of embarrassment is sometimes the sole things stopping them giving it a go. My answer is simple. It just doesn't happen so don't let that fear stop you. #nudist

Unfortunately in today's society this is one of the only places you can actually be naked without judgement. If you've never tried naturism before, start here. Spend some time after you have washed without clothes rather than rushing to get dressed again. #nudist #nudism #naturist #naturism
