Every critique of “post-structuralist” od “postmodern” philosophy, specifically thinkers like Foucault, Derrida, Deleuze, Baudrillard, etc. often conflate them with ideas of Critical Theorists in the Frankfurt School and all around confuse and misinterpret what they were saying.

I will say that going through the trial process has eradicated the last shred of imposter syndrome that I had. In two days I had to learn the facts of this case and I kicked that attorney’s ass, who has at least 5 years of experience on me, up and down the courtroom and made him work for it.
