tbh i hate induction tops/electric stovetops since i grew up using gas when i was learning to cook as a kid& that’s what we usually used in culinary school too. one place i lived at’s stove WOULD NOT recognize that something was on it so we had to get new pots&pans. i hate “smart” kitchen appliances
